TP Open House 07' (DAY 3 only)
I believe i have to update about the happenings during TP's open hse 07 for the benefit of those reading.
Ok. To make things short, i shall not talk about the first two days, reason being- things were quite smooth despite some miscommunications amongst the sub-comms. However, i'd like to highlight that MOST of the ICs did quite a good job in holding TPSU together; a very tough job to do indeed. Oh ya. Deco people (incl me) worked really hard to zhng the booth till it looks nicer than the others. So.. U should all give us a kiss the next time u see us. haha. Im kidding of course.
Here goes Day 3.. weeeee....
Day 3 started at around 12 plus right after I joined Adrian. Derek, Shaz, Fang Yong, Alvin, Yi Sheng, Jodin, the Tats, Wei Sheng, Yuting, Terence and Yee Ping at Bedok 85. We practically joked about alot of stuff, people, (cold) guides and the sort for almost 2 HOURS. lols. (yes, we LAUGHED ALOT till all of us got asthma) haha. The funny bit was when Adrian laughed and laughed till he fell over and broke the poor cheap coffeeshop chair- and he still continued laughing while he was on the floor! LOLS. The whole bedok was looking at us i think. haha.
Anyway, most of us returned to sch at around 2 plus, feeling high and happy. Upon reaching the lounge, my mind was made up to finish my f&b and other projs (which proved to be a nuisane) until Yuting asked me to play foosball. And then that was it. WE PRACTICALLY PLAYED FOR 4 HOURS UNKNOWINGLY. hahaha. That was why i only got about 3 hours of sleep that day. But foosball was fun nevertheless.
Woke up around 9 plus, bathed and went to the booth to help out abit. To tell u the truth, the board was really really hard to maintain because it kept raining for the 3 days and the bloody wind kept threathening to rip it apart with each and every attempt. Therefore, i'd really like to thank the people who helped the Deco team to keep the board in one piece. We appreciate it alot. =) Day 3 ended prematurely at 4 something due to the damn rain. But before that we had our final MASS DANCE! It was fun, despite of some stupid people (the _-_ _ _ _ _ _) still dancing wrongly. jeeez, i wonder whyy.. Anyway, TP was kind enough to throw a mass, and should i say, FAB buffet for those involved in the OH. I simply love the bbq wings. haha.
The last proggrame for the day was Jam & Hop, which me and Jing Jing got chosen to be the facilitators and caretakers for M5, an artise management company (incl their artises) who were invited to perform during the J&H. So ya, after eating, we had debrief, and met up with the co-ordinator for M5, who i initially thought was a very dao woman, but then she proved me wrong after she started talking to me and JJ. It ws very funny when she mentioned that me and JJ should try out to become singers or something, and that she could help us get contacts in Taiwan. lols. Honestly, it felt like MLM all over again. But still, maybe i should consider. hmmm. Must go and try out la. haha. FY is gg to slap me.. hahahaha. Oh ya, i also met this pretty and friendly girl who came with M5. Had a good nice chat with her and found out that she was.... ya ya, out-of-point.
So, moving on.. SHI XIN HUI CAME!! Late, but still, ya, SHE CAME!! haha. At first i thought she was kinda dao and unfriendly, but she managed to convice me otherwise when she did a brief encore of "I believe", since i missed that part, when i bumped into her on the way back to her transport. SHE'S NICE AND DOWN TO EARTH! haha. Simply love her because of that.
Anyway, the last item of the J&H was the free adn easy dance segment. I danced like a freak shit whille roaming around to do my crowd-control duty. Honestly, my body was just moving randomly so its not really considered dancing. But who cares? hahaha. Can someone pls teach me how to dance properly? Coz my moves tend to look cold rather than cool. haha.
Finally, when the madness ended, we packed up, had debrief, and set off for the macs opp sch. And guess who we saw at macs? I'll give u a hint - " Brrr, its cold in here. Must be the ___ _____ in the atmosphere". Go figure. lols. At macs, we talked crap and joked about while having our respective Double Mc Spicy and what not till about 2 am, after which, we finally decided to cab home, since the sch is sponsoring the cab rides for all of us. haha.
Day ended with me reaching home and collasping into my cozy bed- dreaming about Felicia Chin and Ezann Lee.... haha.
Oh ya. I'll be going around the sch to publicise D&D on wednesday onwards. So ya. Come find me, and don't forget to bring along your cameras! hahahaha!
Well, i shall have to end my entry here.
